try turning down the bps and grease the ratchet i had problems with mine a while back and found for my abuse that a stock a5 qeph worked better for me  and as you know i had 850 rounds on mine without  single break  if it keeps givingyou sh*t let me know i'll get ahold of high command (COMPULSIVE PAINTBALL) and see what they say....p.s. while you have it apart make sure to polish the internals.

Do not use any type of grease that isn't intended for paintball. In fact, I wouldn't use ANY grease since the weathers getting colding. While grease may work for some things in the summer, in winter, the low temperature causes an increase in the grease's viscosity. That thicker grease will start to gum up your parts and you'll get chopping and malfunctions. Not what you want under fire in January...
Trust me on this, if there's a way to screw up a Tippmann, i've done it.

the sad thing is that after incidents like that people tend to be more weary towards that same person doing it again to them, wich still leaves them vulnerable to copycats.......

Punching people in the dick is not cool.

Hilarious, but not cool.

Hopefully that shenanigan stops.

The installed upgrades were all Tech T parts: Vortex Mod, QEPH, Lightning Rod, Squishy Paddles.  The problem is a paintball becomes lodged in between the squishy paddles and the feed arm on the receiver about 1 time in every hundred shots.  Annoying.  Didn't happen at all using the stock cyclone.  I used white lithium spray grease during the install as it was all I had handy, but I used it according to the Tech T install guidelines online.  I'm going to dismantle the whole thing and use a super slick lightweight grease on it to see if that improves anything.  Thanks for the info!

Yes i use Co2... and don't think thats a problem... bc i don't have a problem with it... you just gotta stay colder than the co2 and not throw a fit when something is outta line or not working... beating the sh*t outta a peice of equipment or object that has no pain is kinda useless... if you think about it. lol. Dead
