I was contacted by the family, who saw the battlefront tribute video and was very touched.  They asked for copies of the photos used in the video as they do not have that many photos and will cherish every one that we can give her.

I told her i would round them up and send some to her within a week or so.  So I'm asking for you're help too.  Go through your paintball photos and look for Lance.

I'm not SURE which events he attended, but I bet someone on here will reply with that information and make it that much easier to find him.

If you have photos of Lance aka DOG1 on or off of the field please send them to dog1@battlefrontpaintball.com.

Please send photos in full resolution.  You can ZIP or RAR them up if needed as well.

Thanks in advance.

Ivan

Ia Drang 2(august '09), WaW 2 (april '09), Band of Brothers (september '08)  are the major one's that I am aware of.

Yeah kinda f**ked up.

I don't think he will get it.  He can claim that he asked for an attorney, but I don't think that even covers you.

From what I understand you have to clearly state your refusal to answer ANY questions without legal counsel for your defense.  But even with that, you have to know to keep your mouth shut until he/she arrives.

From what I get, his mother was brought in to 'talk' to him.  Conversations with your family aren't protected, especially when its in a police 'interview' room.  The only exception would be if they are your legal counsel.  Family can be legal counsel without being an attorney, but you have to make that clear before hand.  Now if the cops called her without his 'permission' as it sounds, then he can't even claim he asked them to bring her in for legal advice.

Sounds like he is most concerned with the recording of what he said to his mother... most likely an admission of guilt on that.

Wish I was a fly in the wall for that hearing.

Yeah I got that too. Stragest part about that is how it doesn't add up at all.

Lets say I owe a bad person some money.

Do they...

  1. Tell me to get the money whatever way I can or they're cutting my ____ off.
  2. Offer to home invade my uncle to pay back the debt I owe them.

He's totally making a story up, and maybe his mom told him what to say
