i building a paintball tank to bring here and just wanted to know the rules on them and safty stuff it needs to use it there thanks for the help

For safety let me put it this way

If you wouldn't put your mother or child in it and drive them around then it doesnt qualify.
 
We don't have any real hard and fast tank rules pertaiing to construction, the rules are applied to what a tank can and cant do, as well as safety measures for the operators and opponents.

Incidentally, my daughter wants to ride in a paintball tank so bad.

You should have a flag holder, so we can identify which team your tank is on.

No matter how well made, all occupants of the tank must wear paintball masks while in game.

Stay away from lawnmowers, which are excessively loud and slow and tipsy.

well we used a lawnmower but we pulled everything off the mower and built a frame for it so it looks noting like one now and we made it not so loud and it dont tip really becasue i was hanging on the side of it and it did not move at all but thanks for the help guys

Yes, they do tend to drink a little to much and start falling over.  In a very comical fashion at least.
