   Basically, my idea is to have a scenario based around the Spanish Civil War.  
You've got the fascists, on one side.  They would possess numerical superiority, as well as more equipment (like tanks or whatnot).  On the other side, you've got several different partisan groups, such as the communists, royalists, and republicans.  The fascists would outnumber each individual group, but together, the three groups would outnumber the fascists.  Only one of the four teams could win, allowing for backstabbing and whatnot to take place.  
Anyway, that's my idea.
